Welcome to the web site of Cardinal MetalWorks, Inc., a fast growing manufacturer of precision fabricated sheet metal components. We operate from a modern facility located outside Wilmington, North Carolina and deliver services to industries located from coast to coast.
Engineering is performed using Autodesk Inventor 3D modeling software and our programmers use TruTOPS 100, 600, and FabriWin programs to generate code for our CNC Punches, Press Brakes, and Laser.
We can accept electronic files in many formats including 3D model files: SAT, STP, IGES and Inventor files or 2D files DXF, DWG.
Production operations are planned and tracked through the use of MIETrak Shop Management software. MIETrak features bar-code data collection providing real time labor and material cost at each stage of the production process. The capture labor and material of production costs assures accurate competitive pricing.
Our Quality System is registered to ISO 9001:2000 by Intertek Testing Services and we are committed to continuous improvement throughout every phase of our operation. Cardinal MetalWorks is a SBA certified HUB Zone Vendor, a useful aid in fulfilling procurement quotas for government contracts.
