Cardinal MetalWorks' highly skilled engineering team has the expertise and equipment to provide innovative solutions and alternatives for all your jobs.  Early involvement of our engineering team in the design and quotation process allows us to build quality and cost control into your product.

 

We use the latest version of AutoDesk Inventor to model and unfold your parts. Solid modeling allows us to transfer your design to metal quickly and accurately and to identify potential manufacturing problems at the design stage, before parts are manufactured. Metalsoft CAD/CAM system - FabriWin software is used to program our punches, while laser and press brakes are programmed with Trumpf's TruTops software. Intelinest software ensures the best use of raw materials avoiding unnecessary waste and optimizing material costs.

 

CNC machinery on the shop floor is connected to our network for easy production access to all CNC programs and safe, controlled document storage.

 

If you don't have in-house design capability, let us help you.  Our engineers can work with you to define your project requirements and create solid models, multiple part assemblies and detailed fabrication drawings.

 

We can accept electronic files in many different formats including 3D model files; SAT, STP, IGES and Inventor files or 2D files DXF, DWG.
