The TruBend 5130 press-brake and a robotic arm BendMaster, operate productively and nearly independently.

The BendMaster processes stacks of sheet metal precisely according to the schedule, feeds the machine blanks, as well as sorts and stacks the finished parts.

TruBend 5130 and the BendMaster are programmed offline with TruTops Bend software, while the robot is bending parts.

Bend Master’s integrated sheet sensor ensures that each sheet is loaded correctly.

Our bending department features Trumpf and Amada press brakes. These press brakes, from 35 to 144 tons, provide close tolerance bending with precision ground tooling.
