The Trumpf L-2510 laser is fully automated and capable of running unattended for 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The machine achieves high processing speeds and consistent accuracy in thin gauge material, up to half-inch-thick carbon steel.

A rapid in-line load & unload device provides for all material handling tasks and eliminates the need for a traditional pallet changer. Sensors and a vacuum system ensure that only one sheet at the time is selected and loaded and unloaded correctly.

With this particular model we are able to achieve a level of high production “lights out” cutting and dramatically improve our turn around time.
