We have three TRUMATIC TC 2020R punching machines with linear tool changing rail, Pentium-based PC control and automated loading and unloading system.

The single station punching head allows complete tooling changeover in less than 1 minute. The punching head is fully rotational, which permits any tool to be rotated to any punching angle.

The linear tool magazine can hold up to 19 tool cartridges and can be expanded to up to 190 tools via Multitool® punching tools.

The Automatic Load/Unload System is ideal for sheet sizes up to 4’ x 8’ containing tabbed parts.
All loading and unloading operations run automatically without operator intervention. Sensors and a vacuum system ensure that only one sheet is selected at a time and is loaded and unloaded correctly. The short loading and unloading times are critical for optimal material flow and minimizing down time.

These machines provide quiet, hydraulic punching of pattern size sheets for material economies. The hydraulic punching allows special tools such as louvers, countersinks, and extrusions to be punched within the program.
